Jets powered by all of Us

Private aviation is not only about reaching a destination. It is about knowing that the journey is handled with care and that there is a team you can rely on, every time. And in the end, the question it often comes down to is simple:

"Can you do it?"

Our answer is yes—not because it is easy, but because behind every flight stands a team that plans, adapts, and works in perfect sync. At Time Air, we approach aviation with a boutique mindset, tailoring every journey to the specific needs of each customer or aircraft owner. Behind the scenes, complexity, pressure, and countless decisions are handled so that what you experience is calm, seamless, and effortless.

What defines the way we work:

  • Respect for clients, partners, and each other
  • Every journey is tailored, never standardized
  • Clear communication to client, broker and everyone else involved
  • A team that moves together, so the experience feels effortless
  • Discipline and precision in every role a minute to minute coordination

Because in the end, it’s not about the aircraft. It’s about the people who make the journey possible.

...who started the show?

 FOUNDERS

founders-1

Martin Pražský and Vladislav Prokop didn’t just start an airline—they built an experience around trust, responsiveness, and human connection. Martin, a guide dog trainer in his free time, serves as CEO, ensuring every aspect of sales and operations runs smoothly. Vladislav, an experienced captain and father supporting his daughter’s passion for horseback riding, leads the pilot crew with a focus on training and unity.

Together, they form more than a leadership duo—they represent the spirit of a team that lives its values every single day. It’s not about titles or hierarchy, but about commitment, consistency, and presence. At Time Air, nothing is left to chance—every detail is accounted for, every situation anticipated. The real magic lies in the invisible: making each journey feel effortless, smooth, and entirely personal for the customer, even when the orchestration behind the scenes is anything but simple. This is what sets them apart. While others focus solely on luxury, they focus on people. You concentrate on your goal, your show, your moment. They’ll handle the planning, the pressure, and each other—so you can simply take flight.

...and who takes care of the show?

 FLIGHT OPERATIONS

Our pilots are more than aviators—they’re professionals trained to anticipate, adapt, and perform with precision. Whether it’s navigating complex runways in the Swiss Alps or making last-minute changes to a flight plan, they’re always ready. But their role goes far beyond the cockpit. They’re there to care, to communicate, and to make each passenger feel at ease

Aviation is a fast-moving world—where slots shift, weather changes, permissions evolve, and technical checks must align perfectly. Behind every flight is a coordinated effort: fueling, clearances, readiness, and response. None of it happens alone. The pilot is part of the team—but the team is also part of the pilot’s success. Ground crew, sales, dispatch, quality managers —everyone moves in sync to keep things smooth, even when the skies aren’t. You may never see the complexity. You’ll only feel the calm, confident delivery of a flight that works exactly as it should.

"In real time, they make the right calls."

TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT

technical-dept-1

In private aviation, luxury is expected—but behind it is a technical operation that runs on planning, speed, and flexibility. Our technical team monitors every aircraft continuously, planning maintenance months—sometimes half a year—in advance. But they’re not just planners. They’re responders. A call at 5 AM or 5 PM? They’re already in motion. Unlike commercial airlines with 24-hour support shifts, private jet operations rely on smaller, tighter teams that go beyond their defined roles.

There’s no room for delay, and no second chances when excellence is the standard. Whether it’s a scheduled inspection or an unexpected technical hiccup, they act fast to keep the aircraft ready, safe, and flawless. And like every part of Time Air, their success is built on teamwork—supporting each other across roles, across hours, across continents. Because keeping a jet in the air takes more than mechanics. It takes people who care deeply—even when no one’s watching.

"Time breaks things. They fix it before it shows."

GROUND OPERATIONS

They’re the first to greet you and the last to see you off. Ground operations are the quiet core of our service—the ones who make the luxury feel natural. Based at Václav Havel Airport in Prague, they are the backbone of our base, working 24/7 to ensure every detail is executed with precision and care. Whether it's arranging a car, loading catering, sourcing a morning newspaper, or jumping in to support the technical team, they adapt in real time.

They are in constant coordination with pilots, maintenance, and sales, making sure every departure is as flawless as the arrival. And when the pressure hits—tight turnarounds, back-to-back flights, overlapping crew shifts—they step up. Sometimes doubling their pace, always maintaining the standard. They don’t wear capes, but they do wear headsets. And like every part of Time Air, they’re not just supporting the match. They are the match—making sure every moment on the ground sets the tone for what’s to come in the air.

"They don’t track time. They outpace it."
